Houston at Kansas City
Time: 4:25 PM (ET) | Sunday

One of the biggest surprises this year has been first-year tandem of Alex Smith and Andy Reid showing the rest of the league (and more importantly their former teams) why they should be in Super Bowl talks. Before the season began, we had the Houston Texans as one of the teams to watch out for down the stretch. While that can still happen, they’re currently playing some of the worst football we’ve seen from a pre-season contender in quite some time. The Chiefs defense doesn’t allow scoring, which is something the Texans have been struggling with this year.
3rd string QB, Case Keenum will be making his first ever start today, with Matt Schaub being out of action due to an injured ankle and foot. With the Chiefs officially surpassing the Seahawks for the leagues loudest stadium in the league, are looking to join the elite conversation and pass up their rival Denver Broncos in AFC West standings.
UPDATE: Chiefs survive late Texans rally to win 17-16.
