NY Jets at Cincinnati
Time: 4:05 PM (ET)
Network: CBS
The Jets are still above .500 heading into week 8 Sunday action following their big home victory last weekend against archrival New England Patriots. Unfortunately for them, they’ll be playing against the Cincinnati Bengals.
Much like the Jets, the Bengals have great defense (way better) which will be the deciding factor in this game. With the inexperience of Geno Smith this year, Cincinnati has consistent veterans A.J. Green, BenJarvus Green-Ellis and even Andy Dalton that have performed this year to put their team at top of the AFC North. If the Jets want to win today, it’s not going to be in man-to-man offense, which the secondary will look to focus primarily on the Bengals passing game. We’re expecting the Bengals to win today at home, due to the lack of offense from the Jets.
