Philadelphia Eagles at Green Bay Packers
Time: 4:25 PM (ET) on FOX
Favorite: Green Bay (open: 4.5 / current: 6 | over/under: 55)
The most surprising division this year, by far, has been the NFC East. We knew the Philadelphia Eagles would lead the bunch or have a higher record among the other division rivals, but they have no room for error, as the season is nearing an end. With the Dallas Cowboys on their necks only one loss from virtually having the same record, the Eagles have one of the more exciting match-ups this Sunday against the Green Bay Packers.
Both offenses are high-powered enough to demolish the boards, but due to Philadelphia’s secondary and their often confusion at times during key points of the game to give up deep passes, we have to side with Aaron Rodgers and his cheese heads. It only takes one or two plays to hit Randall Cobb and Jordy Nelson in the open field, which is what we expect to happen for the home team crowd at Lambeau Field. With the exception of their epic showdown against the New England Patriots in two weeks, the Packers have a pretty favorable schedule to potentially have a home field advantage bye in the post-season.
