Denver at Seattle
Time: 4:25 PM (ET)
Network: CBS

The biggest game of the entire NFL Season is by far the Super Bowl rematch between the defending champion Seattle Seahawks and Denver Broncos. While both teams played on a neutral field last February at MetLife Stadium, the crowd showed an overwhelming support to the Seahawks – which led to the Broncos having a nightmare game and possibly the worst of Peyton Manning’s career. Denver has had the last 7 months to think about their unfortunate loss and show less intimidation this time around for their re-match.

Seattle is fresh from their road loss last Sunday against the San Diego Chargers where Percy Harvin and Antonio Gates had their way with the Seattle defense; and even some saying Richard Sherman got exposed. Sherman and the Seahawks defense will be back home today at CenturyLink Field for the 1:25pm local start and will look to make another statement win.

Denver upgraded their roster significantly and finally has their defense healthy this season to give Manning relief, but most are still siding with Seattle based on previous stats and it being a home game. We’re picking the Seahawks to win, but it will not be a repeat of their previous match-up being a 35-point blowout. The Broncos will have Wes Welker back in action today, who’s been Manning’s favorite target over the last two seasons, but they will need to show more toughness they’ve been talking about all season if they want any chance at keeping this game close. This will most likely be the repeat rematch in the Super Bowl, so losing by fewer than 7 points or even a victory could be a bring a huge morale to Denver headed forward.

UPDATE: Seahawks 26 | Broncos 20
