We’re still lost at how any team in the NFC East can be considered as a legit contender for the conference. Chip Kelly’s high-powered offense has remained undefeated so far this season and will face a formidable opponent on the road today in the San Francisco 49ers. Analyzing previous outings from both teams, the Eagles have been non-existent in the first half’s of their first three games, while the 49ers have had lackluster second half play to lose a few key matches early on in the season. While San Francisco has struggled thus far, we’re picking them to win their first regular season game Levi’s Stadium and return back to .500 play.
The 49ers backs are against the wall today and they face a must-win situation and need Frank Gore to provide some balance to their offense with a consistent running game today. A loss here today from San Francisco could make things in the NFC more interesting and the Eagles a clear cut lock to run away with the NFC East.
