Cincinnati at New England
Time: 8:30 PM (ET)
Network: NBC
Tom Brady and Bill Belichick’s nightmare season continues from their Monday Night Football blowout loss against the Kansas City Chiefs and are short rest for a primetime match-up. The New England Patriots offensive-line has been horrendous protecting Brady in the pocket, as he’s had to throw some questionable passes that his receiving core hasn’t been able to complete on a consistent basis this year.
While the Cincinnati Bengals are still undefeated and waiting for confirmation whether Marvin will play, we’re having to side with the Patriots given their experience and how important this game to keep pace with their weak competition in the AFC East.
The Patriots will have the chance to become 4-2 with a win here tonight and next weekend against the Buffalo Bills, but their goal starts tonight. Cincinnati’s next three games are against Carolina, Indianapolis and Baltimore for their tenure in October.
