Seattle Seahawks at Carolina Panthers
Time: 1:00 PM (ET) on CBS
Favorite: Seahawks (open -3.5 / current -5 | over/under 44.5)
Can anybody remember the last time we’ve seen the Seattle Seahawks lose consecutive games? They could find themselves on the verge of shockingly being under .500 today with a road game against the Carolina Panther. Coming into the game, we’re having to side with Carolina due their opponents secondary and pass rush playing at an all-time low under the Pete Carroll and Russell Wilson era. Cam Newton and his running-back partner Jonathan Stewart will have to draw confusion to the Seattle defense if they stand any shot at winning this game.
With the Percy Harvin trade still lingering over the locker room, the team has still been viewed as a separated collective starting with their quarterback Russell Wilson. Luckily for the Seahawks, this is their toughest opponent for until mid-November, so they’ll have time to regroup if an upset does occur.
