Can you believe we’re talking about the Saints in week 12 still after their rough 0-4 start? They have since gone on to win 5 of their last 6 games including winning 3 in a row. San Francisco’s fresh from their sort of “bye week” in a Monday Night Football game against the Bears where Jay Cutler wasn’t present which proceeded with a blowout but now they’re back to play with legit completion on their hands.
Here, we have a rematch of a NFC divisional playoff game which the 49ers won a late TD pass from Alex Smith to Vernon Davis which gave Frisco a 4-point edge for the win. With Joe Vitt and Drew Brees on the same page, the Saints have turned around their complete season which I think will expose the 49ers defense later on in the afternoon which is why I’m picking the Saints to pull the “upset.”
