Must See NFL TV: Week 1

Indianapolis at Chicago
Time: 1:00 PM (ET) | Sunday
Network: CBS

At last, Andrew Luck, the predecessor to the greatest regular season quarterback of all time is finally making his first NFL regular season start against the Chicago Bears. Colts owner Jim Irsay, who’s not afraid of cutting ties with long standing people in the franchise will have a heavy microscope on first-time head coach Chuck Pagano. Out of every rookie starting QB this year, Luck is definitely the most NFL ready player right now but how his career ends up in comparison to the rest of the pool (mostly RG3) remains to be seen.

Bears QB, Jay Cutler is returning Sunday after missing some of last season due to a broken thumb. The Bears were 7-3 before injury and went 8-8 to finish the season missing the playoffs. With a new QB and first-time head coach, I don’t see the new look Colts winning in week 1 at Soldier Field; but we can expect plenty of eye dropping passing from the former back-to-back Pac-12 player of the year.
