Must See NFL TV: Week 1

Carolina at Tampa Bay
Time: 4:25 PM (ET) | Sunday
Network: FOX

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers are looked at as the weakest team in a loaded NFL south division that features the New Orleans Saints, Atlanta Falcons and the team they’ll be playing tomorrow, The Carolina Panthers. Every team listed is currently constructed better than the Buccs who are currently in a retooling process. If Tampa Bay wants a shot at making the playoffs which they have slim chances, this game against Carolina is a must-win. Fourth year QB, Josh Freeman will have all eyes on him as he’ll have to be play like a leader if this team has any shot at winning.

2011 Rookie of the Year, Cam Newton is coming back fresh off his 4,000 yard passing rookie season with hopes to avoid a sophomore slump. Last year, those efforts led to Cam breaking Peyton Mannings’s single-season, rookie passing record and also achieved 500 yards. With the newly addition of Mike Tolbert in the off-season and an improving defense, this should be enough for the Panthers to start the season off right.
