Atlanta Falcons at San Diego Chargers

In the 2nd game of the day which features undefeated teams in the NFL again, the Philip Rivers and the Chargers host Matt Ryan and the Falcons. Atlanta’s fresh off their big win against the Broncos last Monday while the Chargers had an easy outing last week at Tennessee. The Chargers are obviously going to see a better defense playing against Atlanta who gave Peyton Manning possibly his worst career game in the NFL. With this game being a match-up of a better offense with San Diego with a better defense in Atlanta, the game will come down to whether Atlanta can score.
If San Diego wins this game, they will be 3-0 for the first time under head coach Norv Turner (2007); and could possibly be 5-0 with upcoming games against the Chiefs and Saints before their MNF showdown with Peyton Manning and the Broncos on October 15th. The Saints hold their fate in their own hands this year and a win today could set the tone for the rest of the season with a win in against the dirty birds.
This could possibly be the most overlooked game of the day in my opinion as I expect this one to come down to the wire.
