Carolina Panthers at Atlanta Falcons

This game is interesting to me solely because Cam Newton is one big win away from everybody jumping back on his bandwagon after a disappointing blowout loss to an injury depleted NY Giants. Matt Ryan who owns the best passer rating in all of the NFL has led the Falcons to their best start in almost a decade.
Carolina will need Cam and Steve Smith (who still doesn’t have a fucking TD this season on nearly 300 yards) to be on the same page today at their highest level of play, because if not the Falcons and more in particular, QB Ryan are playing an confidence level not seen by any other team in the entire NFL which could be a blowout if the Panthers don’t show up for this game. This is an intriguing NFC South rivalry game as I expect the Falcons to win this one in easy fashion.
