Minnesota Vikings at Detroit Lions
Time: 1:00 PM (ET) | Sunday
Network: FOX
Fresh off their big upset victory over the 49ers, Minnesota travels to Detroit to play the Lions in a big NFC North rivalry game. The Lions who’ve lost two games in a row to the 49ers and the Titans will look to avoid a 3 game skid; as the Viking also will look to avoid their 3 game skid against Detroit. Vikings newly acquired WR Jerome Simpson will make his season debut today after he was suspended for the first games of the season violating the league’s substance-abuse policy.
This will be able to stretch the offense with Adrian Peterson already making an impact after his injury last season with 230 yards through 3-games already. With that being said, I still can’t see Detroit loosing this game and third in a row as I expect Stafford and Megatron to play with desperation today to avoid a 1-4 record.
