San Francisco 49ers at NY Jets

In this inter-conference game; we’ll see an all-defensive styled game with the Jets and the 49ers. The Jets just a have a slew of injuries with the biggest being Darrelle Revis out for the year with a torn ACL; but will also be without Stephen Hill and Dustin Keller making the Jets’ offense even worse for QB Mark Sanchez. Former Rex Ryan favorite, Antonio Cromartie will have to be huge for the Jets if they want a chance at winning this game.
With Revis out, 49ers QB Alex Smith could have a field day today with Vernon Davis, Michael Crabtree and Randy Moss seeing little no competition from the Jets secondary. The Jets who haven’t played Tebow in many snaps this year thus far, should look to him this week with the wildcat as they have limited an extremely limited offensive supporting cast. The 49ers have won 9 of 11 meetings all time against the Jets, as I expect their record to move to 10 this afternoon.
