NBA Playoff Preview: Denver Nuggets vs. Golden St. Warriors (Game 4)

Golden State Warriors v Denver Nuggets - Game Two
Nuggets Look To Avoid 3-1 Series Hole With Must Win Game Tonight In Golden St.

Game 4 of the most excited series of the first round is almost underway which features the two fasted teams of the 2013 playoffs. In game 2, Golden St. stole the home-court away from the Denver Nuggets winning on the road and continued their game-play to game 3 where they would win in come from behind fashion.

Stephen Curry suffered an ankle injury during the game but still finished with 29 points in only 17 shots. Before halftime the Nuggets were up by 12 with many thinking a blowout was in the making, but the shots for Golden St. would not stop falling, as the team went 53% from the field with 40% from long range.

Andre Miller who was the player of the game for their first meeting virtually became an afterthought in the last game shooting 2-13 with only 7 points. Andrew Bogut who didn’t provide a major offensive boost for the Warriors, definitely had hefty contributions on the defensive side of things. Both teams bench’s provided energy off the bench with Corey Brewer of the Nuggets and Carl Landry of Golden St. putting up starter-like numbers.

This is definitely a must win for situation for Denver, as they will not want to go home down 3-1 against a heavily motivated Warriors team led by the league’s best shooter.
