The Knicks put themselves in a difficult position after losing game 1 of their series against the Indiana Pacers on Sunday, and now have to face the pressure of not going down 2-0. The Pacers were able to do a lot of things right in the first game of the series by locking down the Knicks secondary scorers and being able to hit big shots on the other end. The Pacers have been known to go into offensive slumps so it will be interesting to see if they are able to keep the hot touch tonight. For the Knicks it is quite simple, they must be more effective on the offensive side of the ball and not get stuck in the iso offense with Carmelo. They are most dangerous when they move the ball fluidly and find open shooters. You have to think sooner or later JR Smith and company are going to break out of their funk and put up a good game. Check out game 2 tonight live on TNT at 7 EST.

NBA 2013 - Thunder vs Grizzlies - 1

Not too often does a team lose a playoff game after leading in the fourth quarter and have something to feel good about. Well that was not the case with the Memphis Grizzlies after their game 1 defeat at the hand of the Oklahoma City Thunder. Memphis played a very good game and proved that they matchup well against the Thunder and if it wasn’t for some later heroics from Kevin Durant they would have a 1-0 series lead. For the Thunder the plan remains the same, feed the ball to Kevin Durant. At this point they have to ride or die with their leader. As he goes his team will follow. Does he have enough to give the Thunder a commanding 2-0 series lead? We will just have to wait and see. Check out the game tonight at 9:30 on TNT.
