The Bay Area holds the biggest game this x-mas!
For the first time arguably this decade, the Los Angeles Clippers will not be playing the Golden State Warriors on Christmas Night. This may come as a surprise to some of you, but recently appointed new commissioner, Adam Silver has finally taken steps to making a fan-friendly NBA schedule on Christmas Day.
LeBron James and hopefully his healthy Cleveland Cavaliers will be in the Bay Area this December for an NBA Finals regular season re-match game against the World Champion Golden State Warriors. Without stars Kyrie Irving and Kevin Love, the Cavs lost the series respectably 4-2, as the Bay celebrated their first NBA title in over forty years.
While the remaining Christmas Day games are set to be revealed by next weekend, we’re glad that NBA Commissioner is putting together the best games possible with all elite teams on one of our rest days. Look for the entire 2015-16 schedule of games to be revealed in the coming days, as teams gear up for fall training camps.
