Being a player up until this season, who’s only played for one high-school, collegiate and professional team in his entire football career; some would make the argument saying a transition to a new coach, system and receivers would be hard for most players, but not for No. 18. In this interview with NFL Live’s host Trey Wingo, Peyton Manning discusses how his transition has been thus far from playing with Indianapolis for 14 years to his inaugural season with the Broncos.
In his first pre-season game last week against Chicago, Peyton quieted some critics as he completed 4 of 7 passes for 44 yards. After impressing most in his debut, the only question that lingures now is will he able to take a hard hit. In the interview Manning went on to assure Trey Wingo he wasn’t concerned with taking a hit at all but more concerned with winning games.
Manning’s next game is this Saturday at 9:00pm ET as the Denver Broncos host the Seattle Seahawks.
