Would you like some more football? Tonight, the New York Jets will head into Atlanta to take on the Falcons in a critical game. With every team in the AFC East losing this week the Jets have a huge opportunity to take advantage. It will not be easy though. as the Falcons have their backs against the wall with a 1-3 record and looking up at the undefeated Saints in the division.

For the Jets to pull off this upset tonight, they will need a turnover free game from Geno Smith. This will not be easy, as the Falcons have one of the better defenses in the league. If they can establish the run game early and jump out to a lead they are more than capable of getting the upset. Continue for more of the written preview and video after the jump.

UPDATE: Jets beat the Falcons 30-28 after a game-winning field goal.

Atlanta must play to their potential in this game previously said above, which is now a must win game. Early this year they have had some serious troubles in the redzone, that must be fixed tonight if they want to win. This Jets defense is no slouch, so Matt Ryan and company will have to be on their A game. What will really help get the offense moving is an established running game from Jason Snelling and Jaquiz Rodgers.

No matter which team wins tonight, the one who pulls out tonight with the victory will be looking a lot better in the standings than the team that loses.
