What are the Knicks doing? The latest bit of news that has fans scratching their heads in NY, are rumors that the Knicks are trying to trade Iman Shumpert. Shump is currently their best perimeter defender, and has a high upside on the offensive side.
The latest rumor surrounding the Knicks, is possibly moving Shumpert to Denver for Kenneth Faried, who is not getting nearly enough playing time for the Nuggets. This deal would make sense for both teams, but it’s still questionable why the Knicks would be so willing to part with Shump. With Tyson Chandler out for extended time, it would make sense for New York to acquire a big man at some point soon.
