The Dolphins were once again the big spenders in free agency this year and on paper they got a lot better. They added to the offensive line, which was needed because of the Incognito/Martin drama fallout and neither being on the team anymore. They then helped the secondary with two additions. Look for Miami to be much better in 2014.
