You gotta give it to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. They went out in free agency and owned it. They gave their team a total makeover and got better in a lot of areas. Getting rid of Darrelle Revis’ huge contract was another major win and with a top-10 draft pick in May, you can expect things to get even better for the Bucs. Usually spending like this in free agency doesn’t guarantee a team to get better, but in Tampa’s case we think it did.
