The Panthers do know they can sign players, right? Just by looking at the current WR’s on the roster you can give the Panthers a D grade in free agency. They cut Steve Smith and then proceeded to strike out on signing every one of their targets in free agency. They have signed not one player. Cam Newton can’t be happy.
