2013 was a very strange season for the Chicago Bears. They had an elite offense and a subpar defense. Backwards right? Well, in free agency the Bears attacked their main weakness adding a very good DE in Lamarr Houston and some very quality linebackers. They then cut ties with Julius Peppers, which freed up a good amount of money against their cap. Now they signed DE Jared Allen? The Bears will be even better heading into May’s draft.
