The Browns were extremely aggressive to start free agency, by locking down Donte Whitner and Karlos Dansby. Both are players that will fit well into new head coach Mike Pettine’s defensive system. They then focused on the offensive side of the ball, bringing in RB Ben Tate and WR Andrew Hawkins. They were able to lock down both and still hole flexibility in their cap space. Look for the Browns to address their QB and 2nd WR position in May’s draft.
