Last Sunday’s Denver Broncos game was a thriller down to the wire, in which Peyton Manning led his team to the AFC Championship game. What happened to steal the show and eventually take over social media was Peyton’s “Omaha” calls at the line of scrimmage. Luckily for the public, Peyton even gave a breakdown of what the call means (sort of) during this week of practice.
Now to take advantage and do some good out of the situation, Omaha Steaks has teamed up with some other local Omaha businesses to give $500 to Peyton Manning’s charity every single time he calls “Omaha” during the Broncos and Patriots game this Sunday. Peyton made the “Omaha” call 44 times last week, which would have equated to over $22,000 for the charity. So once again all eyes will be on Peyton and his calls, but this time it will be going to a very good cause.
