76ers just one loss away from tying worst start ever for any NBA team
Any North American sports viewer should know how passionate Philadelphia fans are. Tonight, the team travels to Minnesota for a match-up against the Timberwolves. So far, they’ve suffered their worst franchise start ever at 0-17 and a loss tonight could tie them with the 2009 New Jersey Nets for the NBA all-time worst start to an NBA season at 0-18. Philadelphia has drafted standout college players Joel Embiid (out likely the entire season) Nerlens Noel, Michael Carter-Williams; but have seen zero improvements over the last three years.

ESPN’s Stephen A. Smith went to the streets of downtown Philadelphia, which he found no fans in sight. Showing visible frustration with the lack of direction from 76ers front office, the city has no hope heading forward in the team and only wants one win this holiday – if it’s the only one they obtain all season. From a young kid growing up to only watch the 76ers only to laugh at them and a man twice his age willing to personally contribute to the Allen Iverson return fund, no fan or city should have to suffer what these people are going through.
We feel your pain Philly!
