Imagine a day where the Philadelphia 76ers are a playoff team after going so many years tanking for draft picks. But wait, that time is now. Philly owns the No. 7 spot in the Eastern Conference and are pulling out of the dark period of the NBA abyss of “trusting the process” thanks to the likes of Joel Embiid and Ben Simmons.
With so much speculation surrounding LeBron James and whether or not he’s leaving the Cleveland Cavaliers, one Philadelphia company has taken it upon themselves to recruit the king.
Power Home Remodeling have put up billboards on I-480 in Cleveland, asking LBJ to come to Philly.
In one billboard, they use Sixers colors to say “Complete the Process” while another billboard places King James in the starting lineup with Robert Covington, Dario Saric and the duo of Embiid and Simmons.
Do the 76ers have ANY chance of landing LeBron? It would make sense for James to stay in the East if he decides to leave The Land, that way he doesn’t have to face so much competition in the Western Conference with the Golden State Warriors, Houston Rockets, Oklahoma City Thunder and San Antonio Spurs going neck and neck with each other in the postseason. Let the #PhillyWantsLebron movement to begin.
Oh, and the Sixers play the Cavs this Thursday too.
