Richard Sherman has been one of the best players in the NFL for the past couple of seasons; but he just gained national fame because of his awesome post-game interview, after the NFC Championship game. Many have since debated about Sherman’s interview and some have called him classless, but the fact is he is a smart guy who plays with an intense passion, that helps make him one of the best players in the league.
Also, according to the NFL, it seems like more people love Sherman than hate him at this point. Today, the league announced their top 10 most sold jerseys and sitting on top of the list was Seattle Seahawks DB Richard Sherman. Sherman was the only defensive player on there, and proves that his popularity only grew after his epic interview. Part of us really wants to see the Seahawks win the Super Bowl just to hear another interview from Sherman after the game.
