Moments ago, the Seattle Seahawks defeated the San Francisco 49ers for the NFC Championship. Heading into the game and many of the last few years, there’s been a war of words between Seahawks corner-back Richard Sherman and the rest of the 49ers wide-outs.
During the second half, Sherman got the best of the 49ers players including deflecting a late in-zone pass to Michael Crabtree. After the play, he went for a handshake but got his helmet shoved back, which is something the Seahawks did all year to get under their opponents skins. Watch the hilarity after the jump including Erin Andrews’ memorable reaction to Sherman’s post-game interview. We’re sure he wouldn’t have said anything to Anquan Boldin, however.
