The NBA really has a must-watch game hours before Super Bowl 50!
Next Saturday, the Oklahoma City Thunder travel out west for a Saturday night game against Golden State Warriors. A few days ago, Steph Curry was asked what he plans to do on Super Bowl Weekend in support of his good friend Cam Newton saying, “It’ll be a good 48 hours – a win and a win.”
Well, both Russell Westbrook and Kevin Durant privately took offense to this rare off-the-court cockiness from the league’s MVP and had little say about it. Durant took the high road with reporters earlier this weekend to talk about upcoming games throughout the week; but Westbrook is already looking at his calendar and hilarious gave media long side-eye at the question and comments.
The two superstars, along with Serge Ibaka and company will have the opportunity to give the defending champions their first home loss of the year – in the biggest game before the BIG game.
