OS REWIND: Fantasy Football News & Notes (Week 12 Recap)
Start ‘Em
- Nick Foles – Foles is finally off his bye week and ready to throw some more TD’s for the Eagles. Arizona does have a very tough defense, but look for this game to be a shootout from the beginning.
- Shane Vareen – With Steven Ridley’s fumbling issues getting out of control look for Vareen to shine for the Pats moving forward.
- Danny Woodhead – Ryan Matthews is coming into this week banged up, so that opens the door for Woodhead to possibly get a ton of looks. Danny has been a dream come true in PPR leagues with his catches out of the backfield this year as well.
- Keenan Allen – Allen looked to have hit the rookie wall for a couple of weeks lately, but last week he broke out again vs. a very tough Chiefs defense. He still looks to be Rivers favorite target, so plug him into your lineup ASAP.
- Coby Fleener – Yes, we know the Colts have been struggling lately, but the one bright spot has been Fleener. Luck seems to look for him the most since Reggie Wayne went down.
Sit ‘Em
- T.Y. Hilton – Back to those Colts struggles. Andrew Luck and that offense are in a serious funk and things don’t look like they will get better against a tough Tennessee defense.
- Bobby Rainey – Didn’t we warn you about Rainey last week? He struggled against a very good front 7 of the Lions and things won’t get easier against the Panthers, which might possibly be the best defense in the league.
- Lamar Miller – Even with Daniel Thomas out this week, we don’t like the idea of starting Miller. Going against that tough Jets defense will be very problematic for him the entire day.
- Andrew Luck – Back to the Colts again. Until they prove they are back on track we wouldn’t insert Luck into our lineup.
- Robert Griffin III – We never thought we would have RGIII on this side of the list, but word is if he gets off to a slow start on Sunday night he could end up being benched. That would be bad for everyone involved. Stay far away from RGIII this week.
