Steph Curry is without question one of the NBA’s most exciting young talents who can fill up the stat-line every time he touches the court. He is also married and has a newborn baby. But recently, he revealed that he often gets carded to get into a bar or club.
Yes, Steph can’t get a beer without showing identification to verify he is over 21.
Not only that, but he said that in the past 6 months, he was asked for ID to get into an R-Rated movie (something that you have to be 18 to get into). We really don’t know what is more embarrassing, Steph not being able to walk into an adult movie or the employee who didn’t recognize that they were denying the Golden State Warriors star entry to a movie because he looked “too young” and needed ID verification. Yikes.

OS REWIND: 2013 OnSMASH NBA Preview
I’d say percentage wise like 95% of the time….Sometimes we all go out…I got a 15 month oldbaby now, I got a wife, I got a family of my own. So sometimes when I go out in the summer and want a drink or something, you gotta have that ID on hand. It’s funny for me and my family more so, because they get a kick out of it.
I guess the most embarrassing moment is just trying to get into a rated R movie..I told you I got a 15 month old so we haven’t been to the movies in awhile but that’s happened in the last six months.
