The NBA is in the offseason, so players haven’t had much to do besides enjoy life and their families. Steph Curry and the Golden State Warriors are still on cloud nine from winning that NBA Championship, so what does one half of the Splash Brothers decide to do on his time off? Oh, you know, just play gold with the President of the United States.
During his visit with Jimmy Kimmel, he talked about what it was like playing with President Obama, saying that he actually talked trash to him while on the course. Apparently, Curry and his pops played against Barack and Ray Allen. It turns out, in the 18th hole, Steph went triple bogey and lost the game for the Curry family.
He also spoke on what it was like growing up as a kid with a father in the NBA. He said he took pictures with Michael Jordan and Dennis Rodman and he actually looked up to Mugsy Bogues when he was growing up. Hilariously, it took until 12 years old to get taller than him.
