Leading up to the 2014 NBA season set to begin next week, Golden State Warriors star point guard Stephen Curry sat down with ESPN’s Chris Broussard for the latest episode of the networks “SportsCenter Conversation” interview series. Curry revealed players he patterns his career after, saying Reggie Miller and Steve Nash (along with his father of course) have been his hugest influences thus far to improve his game. Broussard brought up the off-season acquisition of Andre Iguoldala, which gives them a much needed perimeter defender; also adding to an already high scoring offense.

With head coach Mark Jackson focusing primarily on defense side of things (surrounded by so much offense), the ceiling for the Warriors to become a champion is something intriguing to our friends up there in the Bay Area. After the jump, you can watch the full interview, which he also speaks on Chris Paul being his toughest opponent in the NBA, and aspirations for the upcoming season.
