The nightcap of the New Year’s Day bowls is possibly the most intriguing of the entire day and will feature Baylor going up against UCF in the Tostitos Fiesta Bowl.
Baylor had a very impressive season this year and boasts an offense that will make your head spin. UCF comes in as the underdog squad with a QB in Blake Bortles that is projected to go very high in the NFL draft if he comes out of school. Do remember, this college standout didn’t even get recruited out of high school!
If this Fiesta Bowl is anything like some of the ones in the past decade then we are in for a real treat! Especially because this will be an offensively matched battle.
