Who got snubbed, though?
One week after revealing Russell Westbrook didn’t make the cut for the upcoming NBA All-Star Game in New Orleans, TNT has announced the official reserves. As expected, Westbrook, members of the Golden State Warriors and NBA 2K17 cover guy, Paul George make the cut. However, a few fans on social media feel like Joel Embiid, DeAndre Jordan and Damian Lillard to name a few may have got snubbed from being on the second biggest stage of the year.
Surprisingly, this year, the Eastern Conference failed to generate an all-star player; but the starting core of Giannis Antetokounmpo, DeMar DeRozan, Jimmy Butler and LeBron James should provide enough dazzling highlights on February 19th, for the fans to not even notice.
