The end of a Premier League season is a sad time for any fans of the sport, despite the World Cup arriving in less than a month. Last Sunday, Man City’s win over West Ham handed them the title ahead of second place Liverpool, after finishing a worthy two points above them. One of the positives of the competition coming to an end is the fact we can look back at the most memorable goals of the season, coming from the biggest players to some of the less-known.
