Eddie Lacy
My dog Eddie Lacy. He’s part of an electrifying Green Bay Packers offense that has the best quarterback in football. They were Super Bowl contenders to start the season, even with Jordy Nelson out. Lacy is the workhorse back that nobody can stop.
Except he hasn’t been. He’s been anything but that. So much that Coach Mike McCarthy has declared James Starks the starting running back this week against the Detroit Lions. At the trajectory he’s going down, he might be out of a job by the time the season ends. Granted, he’s been battling with an ankle injury and then a groin pull, so maybe these things have caused him to slow down production, but he better heal up quick before the inevitable happens.
I gave up on the homie being a starter, so he’ll be riding the bench for the foreseeable future.
