Chris Bosh

The big 3’s forgotten and most consistent player during the regular season over the last two seasons has been Chris Bosh. He moved away from his post-game during the finals, but still has a lot in the tank just turning 30 years of age.

During his tenure with the Heat, he’s obtained two NBA titles and will be looking elsewhere if some imminent decisions are made. Whether Pat Riley is able to convince his all-star power forward to stay in South Beach remains to be seen, but there’s a lot of top suitors out there who could use his talents.

A return home to Texas is something we see most likely for the 10-year veteran, whether it’s home North in Dallas with Dirk Nowitzki still providing superstar caliber production or in Houston who is one player away from legitimate chance at going next level.

The Rockets team looks more attractable to us because Bosh could move back down to his natural four position and conserve his energy on defense allowing Dwight Howard to do what he does best. With James Harden being the team’s primary facilitator, this would enable him and Dwight Howard most of all to have inside freedom, given Bosh’s consistent jumper.

Dallas is closest to his home however, which he may give the Mark Cuban a home town discount if management can provide the right pieces around himself, Dirk and Monta Ellis.

Likely Destinations: Dallas Mavericks, Miami Heat, Houston Rockets
