Grantland Channel’s “The Finish Line” with Steve Nash continues today with episode 2. The video series chronicling the hall-of-famer’s road to recovery, begins with seeing his career coming to an end; but isn’t ready to leave this chapter at the moment behind in life just yet.
Celebrating his 40th birthday three weeks ago, Nash is in the mindset that the Lakers might release him to free up cap-room for in 2014 summer free agency. While dealing with constant back issues, Nash is still suffering nerve issues from a former broken leg and isn’t ready to succumb to father time.
