Tom Thibodeau
This seems like the best move for a team that has been questionable on the defensive end and has shown lack of effort at times. We have all witnessed the incredible job Tom has done with the Chicago Bulls team; imagine if you actually gave him the scoring power that the Knicks are loaded with in Anthony, Stoudemire, and JR Smith. He would still have a defensive minded Center in Chandler as an anchor that he enjoys so much with Joakim Noah at the moment.
People may be scratching their head about how he ended up on this list, but Thibodeau openly said the Knicks are the only team he would leave Chicago for, it is his dream job. Hopefully, Phil Jackson is listening – a motivated Thibodeau could put the Knicks back in title contention right away.
