Costa has been on a rising journey since the very beginning of his career, making it only right for Chelsea to snap him up as he approaches his peak. In all competitions, Costa managed to score an incredible 36 goals in 52 appearances last season, as opposed to his 20 goals in 44 games in the first season at Atletico Madrid. Along with Lukaku leaving the club and a dormant Torres still there, the signing of Costa and return of Drogba could be the answer they need.
