Westbrook gets his wishes. . .
Friday night, the NBA world witnessed a horrific injury with DeMarcus Cousins of the New Orleans Pelicans. The league’s best offensive big man is set to miss the rest of the NBA season, which has created a roster spot for Team LeBron in the 2018 NBA All-Star Game.
Well, Russell Westbrook has officially received his wishes of partnering with teammate Paul George on the big stage, as PG-13 has been named by NBA Commissioner Adam Silver as Boogie’s repayment. Through his tenure with the OKC Thunder, George is averaging 21 points, 5 rebounds, 3 assist and 2 steals a game – including shooting a career-high of 42.6 percent from three-point range.
Take a look at PG speaking on his addition the 2018 NBA All-Star Game, which goes down February 18th at Staples Center in Los Angeles. Let us know in the comments what you think about this.
