Peyton Manning Breaks Record For Most TD Passes In A Season

Today was a good day for Peyton Manning and the Denver Broncos. Not only did they clinch a first round bye in the playoffs and the AFC West title, but Peyton Manning broke Tom Brady’s record of passing TD’s in a season set back in 2009. Manning scorched the Texans with a pass down the sideline to Julius Thomas to make history and ended the game with 4 touchdown’s, plus 400 passing yards.

Manning and the Broncos won’t be resting next week either, because they still need to try and lock down home field in the playoffs and avoid a possible trip to New England down the road. This means Peyton could shatter the record next week, in what may be one of the most impressive seasons by a QB in NFL history.

Watch #18 toss the record-breaking TD after the jump if you missed out. Congrats to Mr. Manning on his historic year!
