Just when everyone forgot about the NFL debacle that was Deflategate, a U.S. appeals court has brought the issue back to the forefront. The appeals court has overturned the U.S. District Court’s decision to throw out Tom Brady‘s 4-game suspension and effectively puts it back into place for next season.
Obviously this changes things for the New England Patriots heading into next season, as the team will have to cope with the fact their future Hall of Fame quarterback will be out.
