Title Aspirations For The Golden St. Warriors
Last season during the 2013 playoffs, we saw the emergence of the Golden State Warriors, as they became a legitimate threat in the West. Heading into the upcoming season, they’re essentially a legitimate threat to win an NBA title, having one of the top 5 rosters in the NBA from top to bottom. Along with the two-head monster of deep shooting from Stephen Curry and Klay Thompson; the Warriors have drastically updated their roster in the off-season with both all-star wingman Andre Iguodala and Marreese Speights.
David Lee will finally be healthy this year from his hip surgery and is ranting that he’s in the best shape of his career right now, at the prime age of 30. Paired up with Bogut in the box, the two big men should have the paint to themselves, with the team gaining experience from last year in their big post-season run. While we haven’t even mentioned Harrison Barnes playing back-up to Iggy, Golden State will likely be our go-to-team to watch on league pass this season after business hours are over.
Did you forget how exciting it was to watch their run in the playoffs?
