Top 5 Surprises Of The 2016 NCAA Basketball Season So Far

TEXAS A&M

I’d like everyone to forget about Wednesdays Texas A&M at Arkansas game. Where Arkansas ended up victorious 74-71, sometimes it’s just hard to win in some arenas on certain nights. Home court advantage is true in college basketball. Anyways A&M lost at Arkansas and at Arizona State, then they have a home loss to Syracuse. That’s it, preseason unranked to ranked 5th in the nation. They rank 26th in strength of schedule, so far they have withstand every test thrown their way. Including home wins against #16 Baylor and #10 Gonzaga, rankings were when game was played.

The Aggies are led by their 3 seniors Alex Caruso, Jalen Jones and Daniel House. Caruso reminds me of Andre Iguodala, he does everything. Averaging 7 points 3 rebounds 5 assists 2 steals per game, how could you not compare someone to Iguodala. There are some tests left on the schedule against Iowa State and Kentucky. Barring any unexpected loses the Aggies should be looking at a 3-4 seed in the tourney.
