It’s hard to trust your gut and roll with the upset you think might happen, opposed to thinking with your head and/or rolling with odds. We’ve seen plenty of science and have probably analyzed more than we need to throughout the course of this process, but the x-factor computers can’t predict is when a 14 seeded Harvard Crimson squad beats the 3rd seeded New Mexico Lobos like they did last year.
Right now (and this is subject to change in the near future), we have Kansas, Oklahoma State, Villanova and Lousiville in our Final Four. The teams we have them beating out in the Elite 8? Michigan State, Duke, Florida and Wisconsin.
Of course, this is contingent on Arizona losing in the tournament. This means Wichita State got knocked out of the Midwest region. Also, Virgina bows out after the Sweet 16. And most importantly, Joel Embiid returns for the Jayhawks in time to beat Florida.
