Usain Bolt is without question, the fastest man in the entire world. You would think that diet is a major factor in how he got there, right?
Apparently not because according to Bolt’s new book, during the 2008 Beijing Olympics, he ate about 1,000 McDonalds chicken McNuggets. Yes, 1,000 of them! Why? Apparently the track star was not a fan of Chinese food, so he took down 20 packs of nuggets left and right. He then went on to win three gold medals at those same Olympics.
Simply freaking amazing.
“At first I ate a box of 20 for lunch, then another for dinner. The next day I had two boxes for breakfast, one for lunch and then another couple in the evening. I even grabbed some fries and an apple pie to go with it.”
